Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Bank has officially released the recruitment notification for 1.500 Apprentice Vacancies for FY 2026-27. The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,500 tentative training seats across various states and union territories in india.

To apply for the post, candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university, Provided their graduation result was declared between 1st April 2022 and 1st November 2026. The maximum age limit for genera category candidates is 28 years as on the cut-off date of 1st November 2026 (minimum age is 20 Years). Upper age relaxations apply to reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

The recruitment mode is strictly online. The selection process comprises an Online Objective Written Test (100 marks), a Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT), and Document Verification/Medical Fitness Evaluation. Candidates must first complete a 100% profile on the NATS 2.0 Portal before completing the online application and fee payment on the official Indian Bank Website. Eligibility Criteria & Education Qualification

Candidates must posses a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the central Government.
Candidate must have passed Graduation on or after 01/04/2022 and on/before 01/11/2026
candidates with 1 year or more of prior job experience or past apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Selection Process for Indian Bank Apprentice Vacancy 2026
Online Objective Written Examination: A computer-based exam covering 5 sections. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Candidates must read, write, speak, and understand the specified local language of the applied State/UT. (Exemption granted if 8th, 10th, or 12th mark sheet proves study of the opted local language). Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Merit-listed candidates undergo document checking and biometric verification followed by a medical fitness assessment.

New Registration: Click “Click here for New Registration”, enter your name, email ID, and mobile number to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport photo, signature (not in capital letters), left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per specifications. Fill Details & Select Preferences: Enter educational details, choose your applied State/UT, and select 3 preferred training districts. Payment & Final Submit: Preview your form, click “Complete Registration”, pay the application fee online, and download/print the final application form and e-receipt.
