BEL Probationary Engineer Recruitment 2026: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Defence, applications are invited for the recruitment year 2026 (Advt No. 17556/HR/All-India/2026). The organization seeks energetic engineering graduates for the posts of Probationary Engineer (Electronics) and Probationary Engineer (Mechanical) in E-II Grade. Out of the total 350 vacancies, 200 posts are reserved for Electronics Engineering and 150 posts for Mechanical Engineering.

The entire recruitment process is conducted in online mode. The selection process comprises a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates in a 1:5 ratio discipline-wise and category-wise. Selection Process for BEL Probationary Engineer Vacancy 2026
