Eligibility Criteria & Education Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent. Candidates awaiting final examination results are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2027)

• Minimum Age : 18 Years
• Maximum Age : 33 Years
• Age Relaxation Applicable as per RRB NTPC Graduate Level Apprentice Recruitment Notification Rules.

Selection Process for RRB NTPC Graduate Level Vacancy 2026

• 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 1): Screening test common for all notified posts.
• 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 2): Shortlisted candidates (15 times the vacancy count per community) appear for the 2nd CBT.
• Document Verification (DV): Candidates equal to the number of vacancies (1:1 ratio) are called based on 2nd CBT normalized marks.
• Medical Examination (ME): Candidates must pass the prescribed medical fitness test (A2, B2, or C2 standard) conducted by the Railway Administration.

Salary / Pay Scale & Benefits

• Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor: Level 6 with an initial pay of ₹35,400 per month.
• Goods Train Manager, Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist, and Senior Clerk Cum Typist: Level 5 with an initial pay of ₹29,200 per month.

How to Apply For RRB NTPC Graduate Level Online Form 2026

1. Visit the unified official website (rrbindianrailways.gov.in) or direct portal (rrbapply.gov.in) and click on “Create an Account”.
2. Fill in basic details including name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID to generate login credentials.
3. Authenticate identity using DigiLocker or Aadhaar verification.
4. Log in and select the chosen RRB, post preferences, and examination medium (English, Hindi, or 13 regional languages).
5. Complete live photo capturing, upload scanned signature, and upload SC/ST certificate if opting for a free train travel pass.
6. Pay the prescribed application fee online and download the confirmation page.
